Hi, I’m Mike 👋

I bought my first rental property at 18 before heading off to university and then into the corporate world.

Along with my wife Victoria we started flipping houses and then replaced our salaries with professional shared houses (HMOs).

We were full time investors for a while but now have three focuses:

🌍 Part-time sailing the world ⛵️
🎤 Part-time podcast host @ Inside Property Investing 🎙

A couple of years ago we sold our house and bought a sailing yacht. We now run our business remotely with a great team on the ground, and return to the U.K. for a couple of months ever year.

Through our podcast, we’ve shared over 300 success stories from other investors who have achieved their own version of freedom through property (or are working towards it).
