I was in the Royal Navy Submarine Service for 9 years. I worked on nuclear submarines in a fast paced highly stressful position where very high professional standards were required ⚓️

I love property! I bought my first investment property when I turned 21. Whilst serving in the Royal Navy I kept buying houses 🏡🏡🏡 I’ve been developing property for all of my adult life 🏡🏡🏡

I left the Royal Navy and I used the skills I learned whilst serving my country along with my small property portfolio to start my own successful property business.

I’ve sourced and renovated over 85 properties in Stoke-on-trent and surrounding areas, whilst creating one of the biggest HMO letting agencies in the city. I’ve sourced and renovated properties from BTL flips, HMOs and commercial to residential properties with partners. I’ve project managed in excess of 100 development projects. I’ve helped train hundreds of developers and I’ve consulted hundreds of investors on how to make great returns through high yielding property investments in my local area 🛠🛠🛠

I focus my time on marketing for property businesses and property acquisition for investors (sourcing) as well as property development consultation.

I live with my dog Floyd (an Alsatian), play drums in a rock band and enjoy painting 🎶 🐶 🥁
