I contribute to PUNCH, a James Beard award-winning online imprint of Penguin/Random House, in a series about the intersection of wine and humanity, specializing in decolonization, modern identity politics, equitable labor, and social justice. Iโve been featured in the New York Times, Food + Wine Magazine, Wine + Spirits, Bon Appรฉtit, and Grubstreet.
I am part of the resource council for The Hue Society, a collective of individuals in the wine industry prioritizing BIPOC experiences and opportunities, developing curriculum for decolonization and contextualizing wine education in the modern context. Iโm working on Open Wine Forum, aimed at free wine education, deep mentorship, and higher level employment opportunities for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks.
I edit Disgorgeous, a zine and podcast about wine.
