Dr J is the CEO of Transitions Women’s Health Consulting, LLC. My name is Janet A. Williams, DNP, MSM, CNM. I am a certified nurse-midwife, and I help medical professionals start conversations that change healthcare. My vision is to effect a change in maternal mortality, and health inequities in women of color through education to providers, payers, & women. Implicit bias education about how it affects care given to pregnant and birthing women.
