Max Freund is co-founder of Praxsys Leadership (www.praxsysleadership.com), a coaching and consulting firm committed to creating an equitable world where people can exercise their inherent human capacity for leadership, acting together with dignity, belonging, and purpose.
Specializing in shared leadership for transformational change, Max’s passion for collaboration and systems change guides his work with leadership teams in the fields of health, higher education, human services, and philanthropic grantmaking, among others.
Engagements have included executive coaching, leadership team coaching, strategic planning, and evaluation of programs and initiatives.
Max loves exploring the multicultural musical and culinary landscape of the Los Angeles region and the world. He is a dedicated practitioner of self-inquiry practices with The ManKind Project and the Ridhwan School’s Diamond Approach. He also loves road cycling and running in the San Gabriel foothills, and wine tasting in the Central Coast of California.
