🐎🌟❣️ 🦋 🇨🇦 I assist people in crisis to rapidly find relief and peace of mind so they are free to move forward with clarity and confidence. Most often, I do this together with the Freedom Herd (my Dream team of 7 former rescue horses) and the results are remarkable and profound. 🤯🤩

We hold space and without judgment, assist those who may be experiencing:
abuse / addiction / anxiety / cancer and other health crises / depression / divorce or break-ups / eating disorders / identity crisis / grief / job loss / low self-esteem / PTSD / self-harm / suicidal tendencies

Also passionate about helping mission-driven, heart-centred entrepreneurs (and aspiring entrepreneurs) who know they are here to do something big to identify and release the limiting beliefs and unresolved trauma that is getting in the way of them stepping into and fully aligning with their soul’s calling. 🌟

A bit about my journey to empowerment and freedom:
🏙1990-2006 - 16 years in corporate world
2006: Left successful marketing career to pursue my purpose
🐎 2009: Reconnected to my love of horses as I discovered they had many gifts to offer humans. ONE problem: I was terrified of them because of a traumatic experience with my horse when I was a teenager.

🎓✈️ 2010: became Certified Facilitator of Equine Experiential Learning.

🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎🐎 2015: Moved from a 1-bedroom apartment in Oshawa, Ontario to a 30-acre horse property in Caledon and had 7 horses join me in less than a week. 😨
