I support and nurture the overworked and overwhelmed Soulful & Heart Based Biz Babe. I love to remind women that you don’t have to do it all on your own!

I love to help my clients create spaciousness by handing over those back end admin tasks and get those amazing dreams out into the world.

I am also a Heart Based Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Teacher, initially drawn to yoga and mindfulness for its ability to connect body, mind and spirit and I was soon addicted to the soothing qualities of the practices.

My mission is to create spaciousness for my clients so they can connect back to their heart and their joy.
