I am a 2nd generation Entrepreneur involved in different verticals of the Family Business.
Key Achievements:
1. I have implemented Lean Management in the shop floor of manufacturing Springs and wire products for an automotive industry.
It includes setting up Safety-Quality standards and training facilities, 5S, documentation, establishing built-in-quality, Kanban, improving production efficiency through kaizen activities and monitoring the cost KPI’s for cost reduction activities.
2. Experience in managing operations in the shop floor of manufacturing Plastic Injection moulding parts for automotive, electrical industries, etc.
3. Passionate about Technology and Innovation. Being a sustainability enthusiast, led me to startup an innovative sustainable social project, LeafCraft. Have worked on R&D, Design, production, go-to-market strategy, product launch, marketing and sales.
4. Worked on multiple Digital marketing campaigns and strategies for hospitality industry. Also, I have hosted many flea market and small business exhibitions under the name of “Mandi” because of my interest in marketing to support the small business owners.
