Mark spent the first half of his career helping lead business and technology transformation efforts for organizations like Capital One, Wells Fargo and the U.S. Postal Service. He then pivoted to the brand strategy world to help clients uncover their purpose and design new employee and customer experiences that bring them to life. Mark has been a career-long practitioner and certified specialist in numerous project management and team-based methodologies including the PMP, Agile and others. He’s also an avid, disciplined student of personality and strengths-based programs that drive productivity, and has a passion for helping teams thrive and deliver to their fullest potential. Mark has worked across a variety of industries with companies like Pratt & Whitney, GE, Saputo, Sigma Foods, Tredegar Corporation, Raytheon, Chick-fil-A and Winnebago Industries.
