Jeffery Willis, Jr. also known as the Muck City Angler, is a native of South Bay, Florida. Father to my daughter, Founder of The MCA Total Experience. "The Total MCA Experience is a outdoors mentoring program. Using structure outdoor activities to ensures the success of the next generation through the development of life skills.

Jeffery competes statewide in the
* MFL (Major Fishing League). Having previously won the 2016
* ABA (American Bass Association) Tournament in Texas, 2017 FLW (Fishing League Worldwide) on his home Lake, Lake Okeechobee
* 2nd place win in the ABAs in 2017 on Lake Okeechobee, the Muck City Angler.
* 9 years of Professional Football 2009-2017
* 1 Time National Champion 2009
* 4 times All Pro
Jeffery is committed to his community and is often creating new ways to give
back. One of those ways have been his Annual Fishing Exposition.
