As a mature woman I’ve been a child, a daughter, a mother, a friend, a lover, an employee and and employer. I have laughed I’ve cried. I’ve loved and been loved. I’ve lost and gained, I’ve been hurt and I’ve been comforted. I’ve given and I’ve received. I’ve laughed and cried. I’ve been afraid and I’ve been brave. Ive been stuck and I’ve been free. I’ve achieved and I’ve got it wrong. I am everything and I am nothing.
I am YOU and you are ME. It’s just the intensity of the experiences on our journey that make the difference in our perception. Understanding your own blueprint of who you are and that we all work from the inside out makes the journey easier to manage
