A little about me. I’m a mom of 3 beautiful kids. I am a licensed social worker and an educator.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis after the birth of my 3 child and that changed the trajectory of my life story. I was wheelchair bound and had to be cared for by my God-send loving husband. I found a way to take back my health!!
I have turned my lemons to lemonade, my trials to blessings! You can too!!!
My journey has inspired so many people to improve their health through holistic means.
