Eight years ago I took a leap of FAITH and switched career fields. 🍍Leaving behind a successful career in the restaurant industry I took the plunge into wellness 🍋🥑 and discovered that wellness was not healthy choice meals, diet soda, cardio, and no fat fad diets.

Working at the wellness clinic allowed me to see first hand patients obtaining TRUE wellness 💚not a pill bottle for the rest of their life. Then my life changed too when I discovered I was allergic to gluten. The migraines that handcuffed me to my bed 🛏 so many years were gone, I lost weight and had more energy than I did as a teenager. 💪🏼

While I worked at the wellness center Dr. Webb was busy starting Freedom Practice Coaching to help otherfunctional medicine practitioners not only keep their doors 🚪 open, but to thrive. All while creating better patient outcomes and the ability to pay 💰 their team more. The model is built on a 4 day work week and sustains while the practitioner takes vacation time. 🏝👙

I’m famous for being the first team member on the FPC team and although I excelled as a coach I wasn’t sure I was capable of leading at the executive 👩‍💼 ranks. But the position opened up and I knew I need to throw my hat in the ring. I was told that I can have the title and pay if I could do the position. 😩 I was failing on all accounts until God download the idea 💡 for a promotion plan. Over the years I’ve used my signature, My Promotion Plan Blueprint to 🚀 launch my career, influence, and lifestyle.
