Markus Badde is the CEO of ICEF.com, the global market leader in business-to-business networking events and services for the international education sector, and publisher of monitor.icef.com
He has a background in journalism and publishing, having studied at the CELSA (Sorbonne University – Paris IV) before doing various jobs in the French media and communications sector previously to co-founding ICEF in 1991.
After his first stint at ICEF, Markus held a series of marketing and alliance manager positions during eight years at Cisco Systems, the world leader in Internet networking, before re-joining ICEF as CEO in 2004. Markus speaks seven languages and is at home nearly anywhere in the world
