MY BACKGROUND

With 20+ years of customer service and operations experience, my ability to analyze & streamline processes and procedures, provide first-line support and training improved engagement and turnaround time by increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

As a self-starter, I thrive in an environment where the ability to coordinate, manage and drive project initiatives motivates me to solve problems which involve collaborating with multiple teams, researching & learning how new software and tools can be implemented into existing processes to provide innovative solutions.

As a strong advocate for accessibility and inclusion, I’ve had the pleasure of working in various capacities that promotes innovative solutions for the Deaf community including:

- Eventida, a deaf-owned event management SaaS startup.
- Deafmade Cooperative, a member-owned cooperative supporting Deaf entrepreneurs and contractors.
- Deaf Media Summit, a TED-style conference bringing together Deaf media and technology professionals, leaders, and other stakeholders to examine how Deaf Media can strengthen the Deaf community by driving innovation, increasing entrepreneurship, and developing and fostering talent.
