曾任旅遊記者，一次在中東沙漠自發性靈視追尋中踏上薩滿的旅程。在世界各地學習並給予薩滿療癒，對於植物靈有深度的聯結與學習，喜愛身體工作與有療癒效果的食物。相信身土不二的哲學，不斷鑽研透過五感覺受與意識拓展，來觸碰另一個人靈魂的途經。師承秘魯Mestizo 薩滿Christina Mendoza，Herbert Quinteros，Shipibo canibo薩滿Antonio Vasquez，Metsa Oka等人，並與Kevin Turner學習核心薩滿（Core Shamanism）。現在唯一的老師是自己的身體與腳底下的土地。
