Learned the hard way in 2015 that I was last on my priority list when I found myself with cervical cancer and depressed. As a busy single mom in a busy travel industry career learning how to deal with my daughters mental health diagnosis, I had to make a decision that my health and well-being needed to be #1 or I wouldn’t be here much longer. I decided that enough was enough and drew the line in the sand.

I started my health and self love journey August 2015. I needed a community to help me get thru everything I was going thru so that I could lean in and continue to work on me! This community has helped me thru some tough times and we have been there to uplift and empower each other to keep going in our journey and in life!

I am so incredibly grateful for my life and who I have become in spite of all the obstacles because I have fought to become her!

Now I get to help other women do that for themselves! 💜
