Women’s Transformational Coach & Workshop Facilitator

✅ I help women break free from the pattern of abusive relationships and help them create healthy new ones with themselves and others

✅ I myself am a survivor of narcissistic abuse and specialise in recovery and emotional resilience following this type of abuse. I know how hard it is to heal from such trauma

✅ It’s always been my passion to support women find their way back to themselves and guiding them towards personal freedom and the truth of who they really are.

✅ My background is nursing and more recently medicine, with over 30 years experience within the healthcare and education industry supporting women.

✅By working through my programmes, women are helped with strategies and personalised tools to help them discover for themselves the keys to their own transformation and healing.

✅Interests: Coaching, NLP, Women’s health, Inspiration, Public speaking, Abstract art, Music

✅I’m a mum of three young men & grandmother of five, they are my heartbeat 😊
