I am a passionate spiritual junky! I love consuming everything related to subjects that answer my questions on who am I, why am I here, and how do I serve my purpose on this planet earth.
I am a serial entrepreneur, having worked and established multi million dollar wholesale and retail businesses along with fast food outlets in my 20 year career span. I am passionate about children’s education, especially that of the girl child, as I am a Montessori trained teacher. I also have experience with skill development of under privileged workers in third world countries. I am currently semi retired from my skill development business, @homehelp4india, which I co-own with my husband, and am pursuing my passion and interest of Ayurvedic principles-based wholistic health cooking on my Facebook page @EssentiallyAyurvedic. I am keen on yoga and have acquired both a yoga certification and second degree certification in reiki healing. I am deeply and passionately trying to learn everything about human happiness, health & wellness, and purpose on this earth!
