I’m always on the side of us getting better
Lived with unseen disability for years as a trained athlete. It affected my breathing and caused chronic injury & pain.
Pandemic helped me slow down and notice it. Discovered I could improve through work on my Fascia, Motor control training and breathing to maintain pressure in areas of the body
Necessity is the mother of invention.
