Paul is Managing Director of Firstaff Personnel. He has over 20 years Management experience in senior talent sourcing and building teams throughout EMEA, US and the Middle East.
It is an expert company in global & local search for senior technical and non-technical candidates for projects - Talent acquisition, headhunting and contract / permanent recruitment strategy / methods. 

Companies are moving away from the typical hiring model/consultancy engagement and are interested in a collaborative approach and hiring a person or a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME's) / contractors for a specific deliverable. This has proven to be a win win situation for all parties in terms of quality, cost, time etc.

We are working with Senior Executives and Board Members of a major airline and a Civil Aviation Authority providing them with experts (Airline, Cargo, Ground Handling, Catering, MRO, Facilities & training, Airport certification, build and commercialization, air traffic control, safety, IT, finance, operations)

Helped set up eBay/PayPal in Ireland, did payroll for circa 400 staff and hiring over 300 FTE's

Working with Senior Executive's in Ireland, US and Middle East helping build AOL, Oracle, Intel, PayPal /eBay.

Providing professional services to IBM in Europe and North America as a preferred supplier. Paul has built a global team (US, Canada, South America, Asia and Europe) working with IBM clients in the banking and insurance sectors in the Data Warehousing & Services Orientated Architecture arena's.

Responsible for the setting up of pilot Total Quality Management (Lean, Six Sigma etc.) team for Allied Irish Banks Plc to roll out enterprise wide change (re-engineering).

Currently working on large knowledge transfer & engineering projects in the Middle East (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, BAE, NAS Holdings, Gulf International Bank).
