💓I’m passionate about sharing my story of being gang raped at thirteen to end the shame, stigma and silence surrounding sexual violence and to help others find their courage and voice too

👸My story is one of pain and trauma but it’s also one of resilience, forgiveness and hope

💪 It was the courage of someone else speaking out that helped me to find my voice and I believe that courage is contagious and I intend to pay that forward

💯 It’s not what happens to us in life that is important but what we do with it that really matters, and if we choose to we can get past anything that happens to us
