She has been in more professional train wrecks than a reality TV show talent scout, been fucked over by people in the cannabis industry more than the average porn star ..... and somehow still loves this plant and the bat shit crazies that come with it more than Adele loves every boyfriend she ever wrote an album about.... she can tell you if your projections are off by 5% without pulling out a calculator - but doesn’t seem to pick a man without at least 20 red flags ... she is a cancer survivor and a social justice nut job who actually believes that cannabis and psychedelics are part of what the planet needs to get back into homeostasis. 🦾Success in 45+ cannabis business applications, and have opened 20 retail locations in four states, and have overseen as many as 400 cannabis employees at a time. In cultivation 🌱 assisted in scaling over 150,000 square feet of cultivation at a time and a total of over 500,000 square feet for different small businesses around the US. Main focus at any business is efficiency, as I find this is the secret to any successful business. Nichole is very focused on what a “good team” looks like in all facets of the industry.
🧿As a cannabis business development specialist with a focus on scaling and standardizing cannabis businesses I believe in thinking outside of the box and to leave behind the saying “that’s how we’ve always done it”.
📈My career currently is focused as a senior advisor at a private equity firm performing due diligence on cannabis businesses seeking funding.
