My core values are Growth and Connection. It was my values that made me realize that this part of me was not diminished, but rather it was changed. Am working out to drive my concept of being a Mother with those core values. What thoughts, actions, and behaviors would promote me being a better and connected mother, not diminish it?

Without this understanding, I could have easily taken steps in the wrong direction during this difficult time.

I am a Mother, a Friend, an Assistant, a Workaholic, a Wellness Enthusiast with a passion for leadership, growth and personal development. I try and create a spark, behaving as a bridge , connecting ideas, issues nests inside and kindles a better world for everyone to live in.
