A passionate exercise science student with a Diploma in Personal Training qualification obtained from the renowned fitness education provider K11 School of Fitness Sciences , with a flair of imparting knowledge to those who seek to learn. My ability to monitor client (in group or in person) or to deliver a consulting session about general physical preparedness can change the belief of the clients' fitness perspective that will in turn help him/her to adhere to the fitness regime for life. I am pretty confident of my capacity in expressing the ideas and knowledge acquired to the concerned effectively.
