My story…

My life was running in 3 parallels for many years - working for 10+ yrs as a successful relationship banker during the week, 15+ yrs devoting all my spare hours (weekends and weeknights) to leading and developing hundreds of young adults volunteers, and meanwhile dealing with relationship and health challenges, overcoming these challenges and raising a young family.

Through the transformative power of coaching, I was given the safe space to just be me, explore who I was beyond all that I had accomplished, and link these 3 parallels into one cohesive story.

I learnt that:
💎 Your past does not dictate your future
💎 Imperfection does that mean that there’s something wrong with me
💎Understanding your motivation in the things you do is critical
💎 We all have blind spots that keep tripping us up
💎 Being comes before doing
💎 There are no prerequisites to worthiness (thanks to Brené Brown for that quote)
💎 Our story matters and it becomes our leadership edge
💎 We need to go through challenges to uncover who we really are and to get to where we want to be
💎 Feeling and expressing emotions is not wrong
