I ♥️ good coffee. I use chemical engineering and science to open my eyes to the complex chemical, physical and biological processes involved in coffee making. From using regenerative biological materials like fungi🍄 to organically regenerate the soil and fight pests and coffee diseases; worked on controlled coffee fermentation; controlled drying; roasting; to cupping/tasting. Overall, streamlining the quality control all throughout the value chain of our family coffee production.
