Bio

I am the pastor of Payton AME Church in Valdosta, Georgia and have been an AME since 1998. Additionally, I am a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary having earned the Master of Divinity Degree. My vocation was in Trenton, New Jersey where I also received my bachelors degree from The College of New Jersey and my Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Rider University. I worked in the Trenton Public School District for 31 years as an administrator and teacher. My mother suffered a stroke in 2010, leading to my retirement to serve as full time caregiver for her and later my father, both until their demise and passing in the summer of 2017 just one month apart. I am the oldest of four siblings, single and aspiring to marry the man of my dreams. My hobbies are cooking, family, interior decorating, singing, public speaking, writing, and publishing. I would love the opportunity to have my own magazine one day, something that is inspirational and uplifting to people everywhere. Meeting people with like and similar interests will be an honor.
