Lisa N. McGill is President, Executive One Consulting Solutions, experienced in the areas of Business and Social Enterprise organizational development, determinative process building, regeneration and leadership. Lisa has over ten years of public community board leadership service. Currently, Lisa serves on the FIU President’s Council and is the former Inaugural Committee Chair of Fostering Panther Pride. Lisa is a strong supporter and advocate of this impactful program serving undergraduate students matriculating to the university from Foster Care or Homelessness. A Past Board President of The YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade County, Lisa oversaw its strategic direction, sustainability and advancement. John D.
