🌎 ☎️2002 I deliberately started my WFH & remote career in the global Employer Brand space aiming to balance life with 1 (soon 4) small kids. Managed to succeed in global sales, while being called a culture builder

👩‍🎓Built Employer Branding Academy (Universum) from scratch and took it from zero participants to over 1000 in a few years (majority new clients)

🚗”Attracted” & recruited top tech talent for a mobility start up venture in record time

🏋🏽‍♀️Late in my career I became a Certified and Executive Coach and have transformed a few lives

🧭One of my passion projects❤️ is dev. a personal brand building concept that helps you discover yourself, carve out your Personal Value Proposition (PVP) & find YOUR inner compass.
