⚡️Owner: Mindlight Emotional Mastery Trainer

🧠 I’ve been studying and working with the mind since I was a kid. Now I train practitioners, work with enterprise companies and develop programs that help people create the experience of life they most want.

🏄‍♂️I’m a mom of twin 9 year olds. I love to travel, and make music and art. I love all things nature, rock climbing, paddling, free diving, backpacking and want to learn to surf and to sail.

💗Im a devotee of Love. I have a meditation practice and love to gather in prayer, sing devotional music. I try to live my whole life as in ceremony, with intentionality and sweetness.

✊🏻I’m an activist, a water protector, an ally and a dismantler of oppression, starting from the inside out. I’m an advocate for justice. With justice comes peace.
