🥇 My jam is gratitude, actually it’s my peanut butter, jelly and jam. Ok, it’s my entire sandwich of life. I live and breathe gratitude. I have come to find gratitude around my husband’s passing that has shown me how grateful I am to have loved him for 12 years AND to also be grateful that his passing is what has launched my soul work, of coaching. My gratitude runs deep.

🎂 I plan to live to be, at least, a healthy 101 years old. You will fond my exercising, meal prepping, meditating by a river and living an upbeat and positive life. My health and we’ll bring is my top priority. This comes from loosing so many people I love. I want to be here to watch my daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren (if o ever have them) live and love for many, many years to come. My Granny lived to be 100, so I know I am destined to at least 101!
