~Long Covid patient:
Hospitalized from the end of July to Oct 2020, developing tremors and learning how to walk again. Due to Covid my body is now a science experiment in real time. Saying yes to a surgical treatment never done for post Covid tremors, being a panelist for FDA and testifying before members of Congress on my experience.

My practice(mind, body, spirit connection) has been intricate in my recovery process. I desire to create safe spaces for trauma healing, regulation and discovering the body. Disrupting the concept of what yoga “looks” like to the western world. Yes, even in my wheelchair I do yoga! As a friend and mentor of mine has stated-yoga is for EVERY BODY 🧘🏾‍♀️👩🏽‍🦽🙏🏾😉
