🕯 I aborted a suicide plan and opted to light candle instead. I’ve lit one for 571 days and counting. That simple yet intention act saved and changed my life.

I now pour and sell them.

👋🏾 Hi, I’m Lei, Cosmetic Tattoo Artist + owner of Bohemian Aesthetic Atelier, an empowerment collective born from a need and grown with intention.

🧘🏾‍♀️ Self love through self care is at the forefront of our intentions. Community growth and empowerment is not far behind.

During the height of the pandemic, while seeking ways to care for myself and aid in the optimization of my mental health, I began to make connections with beautiful souls that craft products filled with love. While unable to provide services to my clients, I reimagined what my studio meant to me, as well as those I service and seek to serve. Through the nurtured connections with those amazing creators, I curated a marketplace filled with natural, handcrafted products that heavily focus on self love through self care and divine connection.

💙 Every item we carry is created by a womxn. Most of the brand creators are BIPOC Womxn , majority Black. We’ve partnered with brands who focus on environmental consciousness, and community development and/or social good.

Why is my focus on Womxn of Color? As a Black creator myself, I know how underserved, underrepresented and underfunded we are. I have a little, I can give a little. With these partnerships, I hope to fill, if only a small gap, in the chasm of gender and race inequality in the space of business.
