From the rocky shore of the Canadian east coast I spend my days on my own little piece of heaven in our ancestral forest with my husband of 10 years, and our two children.

my heart is fully invested in community health and public education. I am told my enthusiasm for learning is “absolutely infectious”, as I aspire to inspire my patients, colleagues and friends moving us to embrace the spirit of sharing and collaboration. 

I am a champion for the arts as education. I coordinate local and federal campaigns for maintaining valued shared public space such as libraries, community centres and inclusive community living/working spaces.

I am an avid student of religion and spirituality, leaning on traditional (Catholic/Buddhist) non traditional (astrology/tarot) and scientific (medicine/neuro diversity) study. I believe my unique world view, coupled with my INFJ personality type allow for a deeply respectful marriage of perspectives.
That help me dive deep into life’s most complicated puzzles breathing in new life and bringing fresh eyes to our conversation.
