Bio

Owner of ‘Love Saves the Day PR and Influencers’. Former reporter and has managed the press and communication teams of a fire service, hospital and visitor attraction.

Author of two books, ‘My Summer Bump’ (a memoir to a single pregnancy) and ‘My Asian Summer’ (A memoir to backpacking Asia with my five year old.) Waterstones book launch and press achieved for both books. Columnist for a regional newspaper for 18 months in 2010 documenting the life of a ‘slightly mad single mum’.

In my spare time I like to live life to the max! I have swam with a shark in Mexico, jumped out of a plane, abseiled down two buildings of 450 and 550ft. I volunteered for the Fire Service (cut out of cars, running drills etc). I have backpacked Australia, Asia and lived in Seattle working as a nanny in my late teens.

When backpacking with my five year old we worked as elephant and bear keepers, lived with a Thai family in their jungle tree house, and worked in numerous schools helping children from the slums. I now have three children and live on an agricultural farm in Sussex, UK 🚜

I am passionate about helping businesses with their visibility through stand-out campaigns, strong messaging and copywriting; meaningful strategies, press and influencer marketing. Successful stories I have discovered, wrote and pitched to the media include an audience reach of 345 million for a leap year story that I created on 29 February 2020. Another successful story was for the NHS and reached an audience of 29 million+ and a US audience reach of 109 million. I am skilled in crisis communications, having managed the press teams of a fire service, hospital and visitor attraction. I have worked on a 4-week inquest that involved drafting lots of documentation, attending court every day, writing statements and overseeing the Chief’s ‘on the steps’ statement for national TV.

I have been involved in filming lots of TV shows, from morning TV to national news to countless documentaries.
