Born and raised in Northern Ireland, I started my career in Financial Fraud and FX investigations with leading British Banks before shifting my unique skill set and eye for detail to recruitment. After relocating to Australia in 2008, I have built a successful reputation as the go-to executive recruiter for Project Services, Process Improvement, Customer Experience (CX) and Business Transformation.

I’m highly responsive, with an infectious disposition driven by positivity, growth, and out-performance. I lead from the front in client and candidate engagement with integrity, curiosity, insight, and thoughtfulness.

It was my desire to bring true authenticity, deep domain expertise and a customer-centric approach to recruitment, which drove me to start Frazer Tremble at the start of 2020.

I’m passionate about helping my clients meet their business strategy requirements by sourcing the kind of exceptional talent required to transform businesses. And equally providing the candidate experience, talent of today truly deserves with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

My mantra in life is “Don’t look back, you’re not going that way”, and outside of work, you will find me relaxing at Lake Eildon, with a wine in my hand and my husband, one-year-old and rescue pup in tow.
