My success has been a product of industry knowledge with broad Sales and Product expertise. I am continuously analyzing and evolving the broad range of customer needs. I have obtained a great reputation in the industry utilizing creativity, productivity and the ability to respond to customers needs proactively. Integrity and customer service are the hallmarks of my tenure in the footwear industry. My goal is to utilize my vast relationships and experience in all tiers of retail distribution to grow and manage brands elevating them to where they deserve to be.
I am Entrepreneur that is resilient and curious. A perceptive listener, and an organized thinker with urgency. Served as CEO and President of several global brands. I have achieved positive change on limited budgets.
In 2006, I formed and founded LJP International, a Brand Licensing and design /sourcing Footwear company. Sales increased substantially each year during its inception, then doubling the last 5 years consistently. Established a proficient back office with a design facility and showroom in New York. In addition, China , Italy and Brazilian offices with capabilities to produce samples and develop new styles, product testing and quality control. We built a platform that catered to all levels of distribution in all genders manufacturing in Italy, Brazil, China and VN.

Prior to Founding LJP I held top executive positions for many well-known global brands from Kenneth Cole, Steve Madden and Nine West.

Today I am the CEO and President of Floafers a brand I have built modernizing the Foam Space !!
