Started my career MANY years ago as line cook in a Tastee Freeze. Moved around among a few trade associations until moving to Disney For 10 years leading Disney Institute. From there the entrepreneurial instinct kicked in purchased the United States Personal Chef Association as a home to help personal chefs create and grow their own businesses. At the same time built National Registry of Food Safety Professionals to 2nd largest food protection certification program in the US. NRFSP was purchased by Nat’l Restaurant Assn and now I get to oversee lots of operations, certifications, customer experience and food science and safety with one common denominator: FOOD and delighting customers. And I still own USPCA and get to share my love of cooking and helping businesses thrive.
