Hi,

I’m Angie, Founder/CEO of Angie’s Box!

As someone who has endured G.A.D ( Generalized Anxiety Disorder) & Minor Depression since the age of 9, I wanted to share what has worked for me! It took years to get where I am today, which is, in control of my mental health! I hope that my aromatherapy products, as well as my mental health blog sharing my own tips and tricks that has helped me make it through my bad days & my list of professional resources can help someone else!

We may have a mental illness but it does NOT have us!
