My mission is to make academia’s most powerful insights accessible and practical for every woman, child, and man. I do this this by turning theoretical ideas into tangible and actionable tools.

I work at the intersection of the cognitive development of identity, purpose, and meaning and educational experiences.

I led, as the CEO, one of the most well regarded research and evaluation firms, working on the world’s biggest, messiest, and most complex problems (social determinants of health, juvenile justice, poverty, educational equity and outcomes).

Now, I work in academia as a researcher, and develop learning tools for individuals and families as an entrepreneur through my two companies, Spark Insight Partners and Challenge Journals.
