I am the Director of Operations for Bright Ideas Realty, a hyper local real estate team in Cary, NC. I started my real estate career in 2001 as a Broker then moved into Operations in 2004. I started my own Transaction Coordination business in 2008 then the great crash happened and I checked in to Mortgages from 2009-2015. I lead a mortgage fulfillment team that took the loan from disclosures to post closing. I had a calling to return to real estate and in 2017 and started an independent Transaction Management Company serving all of NC which lead to systems consulting with local top agents and ultimately finding my home at Bright Ideas Realty.

I love my team and I am honored to help them succeed in their business goals and hope to be able to coach others in the future achieve their professional aspirations.
