I am the intersection of powerhouse and grace. My superpower is being a strong relator. A professional disruptor showing up in several forms: 👩🏽‍💻Engineer, 💄Supply Chain Director in the Beauty industry, ✊🏽 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader and 🤓 overall policy nerd.

Clarity, integrity and equity are my priorities. My goals, in every room and at every table, are always to disrupt deficit mindsets and restore humanity to every level of leadership. Success never has to happen at the expense of souls!
