I remember being quiet as a corporate employee, not because I was shy, just because I didn’t know how to assert myself without being what I felt was obnoxious. I just focused on my work............ but that made me invisible.

I was a sales and marketing professional.

I am a singer who performs on stage plus, I’m a voice actor.

Eventually, I realized these are the very skills every professional needs to perform on the Corporate Stage.

Quite a few jobs later, I learned to transfer these skillsets into my professional persona and went from being invisible to being one of only 27 people retained after a massive layoff, the team was once 150.
I didn’t have to be obnoxious, kiss up or become an attention hog.......... I just had to learn to communicate in a certain way.
