Created the first rehearsed catastrophic emergency plan in sports in 2008, then the first concussion return-to-play guidelines in sports in 2009 and hosted the first child athlete maltreatment prevention summit in 2011 . Made California high school cheerleading a Title IX sport in 2015 with Assemblywoman, Lorena Gonzales-Fletcher. Removed headers from soccer for kids 10&under in 2016 with attorney, Derek Howard.
