Our goal is to build a Tanzania in which the population are able to leverage their innate human abilities to improve their own standards of living:)
Kimalia Africa Youth Development is a non-governmental organization working with marginalized,low income communities on the broad thematic areas of social ,economic,and environmental development .we are an operation NGO working directly with the target communities through a boots-on-the ground approach with the broad goal of alleviating widerspread poverty’s through capacity building and empowerment.
Our mantra is not to give communities fish but to empower them to identify fish ponds and do the fishing in themselves,show them pathways throung which they can improve their own standards of living by leveraging their own innate human abilities
Our objectives:
is to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary knowledge,resources and capacities to facilitate growth of SMEs in Tanzania.the specific objective of this project is to support promising SMEs with a view to reducing the alarming rate of SME failure in the country,thereby promoting employment and income Generation among the poor and marginalized in a rural and urban areas:)
Incubation program:
Start-up incubation project which we will target small and medium enterprises(henceforth SMEs) operated by the poor majority both urban and rural settlement:)
:support SMEs with resources and knowledge
:Provide targeted training in order to enhence business management skills among entrepreneurs of SMEs
