From an early age, Lovell "Killa Smurf" Culpepper set out to become a performer and professional Hip Hop Artist. Natural ability will only take a talented artist so far, but a strong will and determination has helped push this artist forward and continues to drive their development and success. Throughout the course of his musical career, Killa Smurf has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Performing at a variety of venues, making dozens of appearances, all the while recording new singles, Lovell Culpepper has earned the admiration and affection of countless fans, serving as both inspiration and role model. A father of four, hip-hop artist, freelance camera operator/videographer and an inspiring photographer.

Born and raised in Detroit, MI. Killa Smurf learned videography during his quest for success in the music industry. He soon found himself directing and even helping with the editing of his own music videos. His very own musical lyrics started to become a script to his video production, as he began to write more in a storytelling sense to accommodate the visuals. After investing in his own DSLR and equipment, Killa Smurf decided to attend Specs Howard School of Media Arts to learn Digital Media. Music is his dream, but Videography is his career. Killa Smurf's love of the industry shows when he takes the two of them and merge them into pieces of art.
