Commercial lawyer and Finance Enthusiast.

- Finance: Drafting and reviews of legal documentation for finance transactions, conducting due diligence on companies and securities and perfection of security documents, legal advisory.

- Fintech - providing legal support to fintech companies and drafting and engrossment of relevant contracts including Agent Banking Agreements, (Virtual) Payment Service Contracts, Card Services Agreements, Collaboration and API Integration Contracts, Software Licence Agreements and processing of relevant licenses at the CBN and SEC in line with various CBN guidelines and regulations on e-finance transactions.

- Real estate: Negotiation and preparation of various real estate documentation including Joint Development Agreements (Joint Ventures), Deeds of Assignment, Contracts of Sale, Construction Contracts, Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Gift, Tenancies and Subleases, Facility Management Agreements and perfection of title to lands at relevant land registries in Nigeria.

-Intellectual property: Legal advisory and registration of various intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs.

- Start-Ups: Company, business name and Incorporated Trustees formations (Registration at the Corporate Affairs Commission), legal advisory.

- Company Secretarial and Legal Compliance: Provision of company secretarial duties - attending board and shareholders’ meetings, taking minutes and ensuring that necessary filings are made at the Corporate Affairs Commission including company’s annual returns/financial statements, ensuring that the company is at all times, complaint with all applicable regulations and laws.

- Entertainment Law: legal advisory and preparation of relevant documents/contracts for the entertainment industry practices including Talent Management Contracts, Recording and Production Contracts, Modeling Contracts, Advertising Agreements, Non-Disclosure Contracts, etc.

I play volleyball on weekends and drink good wine when I can. I’m also hoping that I could learn how to swim someday, maybe not for fun but as a survival skill.
