1,000 homes on Kauai by 2026
We’re using nonprofit capitalism to create regenerative, eco-positive housing/community solutions so that every person may have an opportunity to thrive and have dignity.
Our collaboration partner has received over $10 Million in donations since February 2022 to support below market housing.
We’re taking a Natural Network view of what constitutes community. Building a house today uses dozens of separate profit centers, each with its support structure requiring dollars to feed and nourish. These profit centers compete with each other. Our approach looks at the greater Whole, seeking to unite the many systems and parts into a collective committed to the greater Good.
As the physical component of community, these many separate housing parts have driven costs to a tipping point where most of us can no longer participate. We simply don’t have the income to buy into the existing structure. Shelter is not attainable for us. To further the endeavor we have started a nonprofit construction company.
Our comprehensive solution begins with partnering with hemp brick producers for our homes.
We’re currently looking for a financial collaboration partners so that we can bring a 3D home construction printer to Kauai and build 1,000 permanently attainable homes in the next 5 years.
If you believe every person deserves dignity, there is a place for you here.
