With almost 20 years' experience in the design, construction, and property industry, and a decade of business development & marketing experience under my belt, I made the bold decision in 2019 to step into solopreneurship after experiencing burnout and realising that I needed to rediscover what I was truly passionate about.

Through the practice of journaling, reflection and self-discovery, I satisfied my yearning to bring more creativity into my life and went on to establish two businesses - The Creative Lodge and Flojo - my work now focuses on helping people to discover their purpose, overcome overwhelm, get clarity and reclaim their time to do the things that bring them more fulfillment.

I help people to bring their ideas and businesses to life with business development consulting through to design, brand and strategy, as well as working with people on their mindset and creative thinking through journaling.
